Brian Rogers has been a licensed realtor for seventeen years. He has been in the Top 1 Percent of the industry for years and a top producer for a full decade. Past honors include being recognized as the #1 real estate agent at RE/MAX Masters for 1995 and 1997. Most recently in the North Okanagan’s RE/MAX Vernon Realty office he received the prestigious RE/MAX "Hall of Fame" Award and Diamond Award, awards achieved by only a very few hard-working realtors across the country.

Glen Stephanishin

Glen Stephanishin has been licensed since 1989 and brings many years of service and experience to the Brian Rogers office. Glen also holds a managing broker license in Real Estate, which allows him to manage or run an office. Glen is a past owner of Sutton group in Vernon and had close to 100 realtors working for him.

Glen has been active in board activities in the past years. He was a director at large for two years and was also the lead organizer for the North Okanagan Realtors Salvation Army Food Drive for 7 years.

Glen is also actively contributing to the Children’s Miracle Network, which is his other favorite charity.

John Rogers

Where John’s drive, focus and calm confidence make an even more significant difference in his community is in his successful real estate career. With close to two decades of experience in the field and a longtime resident’s insight about the Okanagan area, he’s plugged into the area’s real estate market and its inventory. Marty Gilbert moved to Vernon, from Calgary, in 1995 and enjoys the lifestyle that the Okanagan has to offer with his wife and two children. His personal interests include investment real estate, developments, and fix-and-flip properties, all in which he has personal experience doing. In terms of entertainment, Marty enjoys scuba diving, skiiing, camping, and playing soccer.

Marty is an avid believer in the okanagan as an ideal destination for newcomers and for current residents alike.

Stuart Spanier

Stuart Spanier has been licensed since 2000. He is known for his outgoing personality and continual contact with his clients.
